Interview Assessment
The consultants working in Talents-Pro are all well-trained professionals with rich experiences in talent communication and HR management in foreign enterprises. They had rich experience and sharp and unique techniques in talent's evaluation. In our interview activities, different evaluation techniques such as Face to Face Interview, Telephone interview, Behavior Based Interview and Character Test are applied according to exact situation by our consultants. In order to assure our evaluation results are objective and scientific, consultants are requirement to have face to face interview for at least half hour, and if not in the same city£¬at least to have Telephone Interview for half hour before they start to composite the Assessment Report.
CV Report submit
Talents-Pro will submit a first confidential list of suitable candidates with their resume and assessment to our client after interview assessment. Normally, it will be not more than one week after the confirmation of contract. Then we will arrange the interview between the candidates and the clients soon according clients¡¯ feedback. If Clients are still want to see some candidates else, Talents-Pro will try the best to provide a new list as soon as possible.
Salary Negotiation
If the candidate seems meet our clients¡¯ requirements well, we are glad to provide salary negotiation for our clients and candidates. Our consultants are skillful to balance benefit of two sides to avoid the direct conflict. It is helpful to establish a match and good working relationship in future between our Clients and our candidates.]
Follow UP Service
As soon as the candidates start working in our client, Talents-Pro will start to monitor the working statue of the candidates, we will provide help for the candidates to be adapted to the surroundings of our client. We will communicate with the both sides to make candidates work smoothly. If a replacement is unavoidable, we will offer a new candidate soon.
